The project will be delivering three main Intellectual Outputs
A Self-Assessment guide for need analysis in Schools
This output consists in the development of a step-by-step guide aimed at self-assessing the needs of the schools. This means a tool that will guide them through an engagement process of the whole school community and that will identify three main elements/steps: 1) “Who are we?” 2) “What do we want to share with and learn from other European schools/countries and why?” 3) "How do we design our participated international strategy?" For each of these three steps the partners will develop a process and a corresponding tool that will enable schools to address the above mentioned questions and define therefore a new baseline on which building international activities.
A training course on capacity building
The training course on capacity building will be aimed at equipping school staff with new knowledge and competencies pertaining Erasmus+ project development. The course will adress the founding phases of the project cycle and will combine a set of different methodologies employed in project development and management.The course will be based on three main modules reflecting the three key moments of project planning; indicative programming, identification and formulation.
