6th and final Transnational Project Meeting

On the 22 and 23 of May, took place the sixth and final transnational meeting of the Be Plus project!
Held in the city of Trondheim 🇳🇴, this meeting witnessed the active participation of all the project partners Trondheim kommune Norrköpings kommun Luleå kommun Esslingen International SERN #IC Guatelli - Collecchio 💪
Over the course of two productive days, we worked on finalising the project outputs. 📚✅ The 𝕋ℝ𝔸𝕀ℕ 𝕋ℍ𝔼 𝕋ℝ𝔸𝕀ℕ𝔼ℝ𝕊 𝕄𝔸ℕ𝕌𝔸𝕃 and the ℂ𝔸ℙ𝔸ℂ𝕀𝕋𝕐 𝔹𝕌𝕀𝕃𝔻𝕀ℕ𝔾 𝕋𝕆𝕆𝕃𝔹𝕆𝕏 are just around the corner, ready to empower and inspire! These resources will provide schools with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively seize and benefit from the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ programme. 📖⚒️
Moreover, all the project partners are actively organising dissemination events scheduled to take place during the summer. These events will serve as platforms to showcase the outputs of the BE PLUS project, fostering knowledge sharing and creating opportunities for collaboration and networking. 🌍💡
 

Second Seminar

📌From the 6th to the 9th of February 2023, the second seminar of the BE+ Project took place, hosted by SERN and IC Guatelli in Parma and Collecchio 🇮🇹
⌛From Monday to Thursday, more than 30 participants between teachers and principals from 🇮🇹🇸🇪🇩🇪🇳🇴 met in Parma and Collecchio to continue the work started in Luleå last October.
💡The schools had the chance to deepen their knowledge of Project Cycle Management and learn how to formulate a winning project proposal based on the need analysis elaborated on during the first seminar.
🔎Participants also visited local schools such as the Istituto Comprensivo Guatelli, project partner, and Liceo Marconi in Parma to exchange experiences and points of view.
✨All the working materials tested during the seminars will be included in the Training Course on Capacity Building we are developing!
 

 

First Seminar

The first seminar of the BE+ project took place in Luleå from the 24 to the 27 of October 2022.
⌛From Monday to Thursday, more than 30 participants between teachers and headmasters from 🇮🇹🇸🇪🇩🇪🇳🇴 gathered in Luleå to deepen their knowledge on project planning in the framework of Erasmus+ Programme.
 
💡The core of the seminar was a workshop led by SERN where participants learned about the main phases of Project Cycle Management and how to develop a project proposal starting from a need analysis. Participants also had the opportunity to attend a lecture given by the Swedish National Agency for E+ on the main features of the KA1 and KA2 projects, to visit local schools and to exchange their experiences on Erasmus projects strengthening the European dimension of their organisations🇪🇺

Third TPM

The third Transnational Project Meeting of the Be+ Project took place in Esslingen am Neckar on 21-22 March 2022. The two-day meeting was hosted by Esslinegn and saw the participation of all the partners in presence for the first time. The meeting was an important opportunity to discuss the document of the Self-Assessment Guide (IO1) and start the work on the Training Course on Capacity Building (IO2). Moreover, we started planning the first seminar, expected in October in Luleå, during which we will test the outputs developed with teachers, headmasters, administrative staffs from Italy🇮🇹, Sweden🇸🇪, Germany🇩🇪 and Norway🇳🇴.

Second TPM

The second Transnational Project Meeting of the Be+ Project took place in Parma on 6-7 September. The two-day meeting was hosted by Sern and saw the participation of partners from Luleå kommun and Esslingen International while from Utbildningskontoret Norrköpings Kommun and Trondheim kommune joined us online. On the agenda there was:
  • Intellectual Outputs 1 and 2
  • Dissemination and monitoring activities
  • Financial and administrative management
We are currently working on Output 1- the Self-Assessment Guide. We first developed a questionnaire to identify the school's capacity building on 3 levels (ORGANISATIONAL, STRATEGIC and OPERATIONAL). It has been circulated among the involved schools in the partner countries and it is now going to be followed by focus groups at school level which will ultimately lead to the development of the international strategy by the schools.

First TPM

The first Transnational Project Meeting of the Be+ Project took place online on 3-4 December 2020. all partners got to spend 2 entire days together discussing capacity building, listening to lectures by among other Susanne Sahlin, researcher in leadership and organization at the Mid Sweden University and work with our first intellectual output. We even got a tour of Norrköping as one of the coffee break entertainments!
